Terms of Services
Welcome to GloryDoc. By accessing and using our medical billing services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. These terms govern your relationship with GloryDoc, including all services related to medical billing, coding, patient billing, and revenue cycle management.

1. Services Provided

GloryDoc provides a range of medical billing services, including but not limited to claims submission, coding, accounts receivable management, patient billing, and provider credentialing. We strive to deliver accurate, timely services based on the information provided by you, the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for billing and coding purposes, including patient details, insurance information, and any other documentation required for claims processing. Failure to provide accurate information may lead to delays, denials, or incorrect claims, for which GloryDoc will not be held liable.

3. Service Fees and Payment

Fees for services will be outlined in your Service Agreement. Payments are due as outlined in your agreement, and any late payments may be subject to additional fees. GloryDoc reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy

We comply with all applicable privacy regulations, including HIPAA, to protect client and patient information. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding patient data, proprietary information, and other confidential data shared during the service agreement.

5. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

GloryDoc adheres to all relevant laws and industry regulations. Our services are provided in compliance with federal and state laws, including HIPAA requirements. By using our services, you agree to adhere to these laws and ensure that any information you provide is also compliant.

6. Limitations of Liability

GloryDoc is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or penalties resulting from errors, delays, or omissions caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client. Additionally, we are not liable for losses resulting from third-party issues, such as payer processing delays.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement with [30 days’] written notice. Upon termination, GloryDoc will return any outstanding data and complete any outstanding tasks as outlined in the service agreement.

8. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, with the date of the most recent update indicated above. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your consent to the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction.
